Ok so this post over at Digg linked to some pictures of ended up being the Goliath Tiger fish:
Which led to someone posting the Wikipedia entry for Candirú, a type of fish that is small, transparent and a parasite. It will swim into any orifice and then erect a spin that keeps it anchored inside where ever it is. Luckily it’s attracted to urine and blood… so you can guess where it will latch itself occasionally… no? Here’s a hint: Inside your genitals or anus. Oh joy.
I’m almost certain the only cure for that is setting your entire body on fire… *shutter*
