As someone who frequently complains about the lack of gore in these popular military first person shooters, you can’t imagine how happy I was to see full on head exploding in Medal of Honor sniper gameplay video. I would also point out the feel of “power” when your shot hits and just destroys the other person instead of them falling down rag-doll style:
I love this kind of attention to detail. Given that you are firing off a round that is half the width of my wrist and as long as my hand outstretched, it would stand to reason that when that thing finally hits, you are going to explode some dudes!
The Medal of Honor team also released a “Stealth” gameplay video that shows more than stealth I thought; special attention should be paid to how damn ambient the environments are. I really can’t wait to get my hands on this title:
