Jowlers… People That Shake Their Heads

What would it look like if people stood around, shaking their head as fast as they could, and taking pictures of it? Well… it would look like Jowling.

Jowlers are folks that do exactly that, and thanks to the power and intelligence of the internet, we have an entire portal dedicated to the process. We have winners, a voting system and retards… retards galore.

I want to see the same thing, but with boobs…
