Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie Review

A movie about which the best thing that can be said is that it wasn’t as bad as expected, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is not offensively bad but it is not much good either.  Taking a cue from the gross misunderstanding found in the Transformers movies, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles focuses on intrepid cub […]

E3 2014 Preview: Assassin’s Creeed Unity

Keeping up with the yearly updates of Assassin’s Creed, Ubisoft is offering up a new iteration this year that moves the action from pirating to the French Revolution. Given how uneven the Assassin’s Creed series has been, I went into this meeting, which ended up being a private gameplay demo, with a lot of trepidation. […]

E3 2014 Preview: Dragon Age Inquisition

Dragon Age Inquisition was at the absolute top of my must see list for this E3 but scheduling did not look like it was going to allow for it. Thankfully, I had the right window and EA was kind enough to let me squeeze in to see it. Mirroring my experience with Mass Effect 3 […]

Transformers: Age of Extinction Movie Review

Somehow longer than the last installment, Transformers: Age of Extinction is absolutely interminable and mind numbing with very little to engage or recommend. E3 2014 Preview: Dying Light

Dying Light is a game that I have been very curious about since last E3. The trailer looked dark and visceral with moral ambiguity and an emphasis on movement. That being said,we have been misled by trailers in the past and given that this comes from some of the people responsible for the ultimately disappointing […]

E3 2014 Preview: Mortal Kombat X
